At Brightmont Academy, we take pride in our long-standing COGNIA accreditation. This independent evaluation underscores our commitment to high academic standards and reflects our dedication to our students and communities. Cognia provides the Index of Education Quality (IEQ) as a holistic measure of overall performance. The IEQ for Brightmont was 320! The average score for schools is 253.
Our collective commitment to fostering a culture of learning, educational leadership, student engagement, and growth connects our campuses nationwide. Brightmont received high marks for “learners experiencing curriculum and instruction that emphasize the value of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and abilities”.
On that we were evaluated at 4 stars with the national average being 2.9.
Additionally, Brightmont Academy offers advanced placement courses approved through the College Board. We submit our courses to the College Board each year for standards review to enhance learning for students eager to experience college-level coursework.
Brightmont Academy also offers NCAA-approved courses, enabling high school athletes to establish their initial eligibility certification for college sports while earning their high school diploma. Our flexible scheduling has consistently supported our students' dreams and future aspirations.
